Name DAT Character #1

Welcome to my mini-game series. As the title says, all you have to do is name the character that the main cast is cosplaying as. And, if you like as a bonus, throw in the name of the game he/she is from, and whom their seiyuu (voice actor/ actress) is. 

Just so nobody gets confused here's an example. Wang Yuanji is cosplaying as.....*insert answer here*

This one should be an easy one for you folks. It's also a game that never came overseas (and I think you all know why lol).

Once the person reveals the answer, I'll post the signed version of this sketch and I'll describe my opinions on the piece; by that I mean just type something down on the Description lol.
