Neo-Hanbei Takenaka

Hey look folks! A knock-off version of Shadow the Hedgehog, but under Hanbei's perspective X3

Besides Kanbei being Hanbei's somewhat opposite, I thought of something "original" and created this. Everyone has a dark-side opponent like Link to Dark Link, Pit to Dark Pit, Zelda to Hilda (I think lol), etc.

So, what's there to expect out of Neo? He's a ruthless anti-hero with unknown motives. However, one of which is to challenge his rival, Hanbei. Although he wields the Northern Cross like Hanbei does, he doesn't always rely on the ideas of "best defense is the best offense". He can put up a fight with just his fists. To be more ruthless, he finishes off his opponents with his trademark silenced-pistol.

Who is responsible for Neo's existence? M.Y.S.T. or perhaps D.O.A.T.E.C. The same organizations that creates clones just like Kasumi's Alpha-152 and Phase-4.
